We offer fruits, vegetables, grains, coffee and cacao selected for freshness, quality and responsible handling.

Panamanian squash

Cucurbita maxima

Known locally as zapallo, with orange flesh and excellent shelf life. Available varieties include Criollo, Ejido 98, Butternut, Kabocha and hybrid materials.

Papaya

Carica papaya L.

A sweet-fleshed tropical fruit, with options such as Maradol, Tainung, Sunrise and Hawaiian. Selected for maturity, firmness and condition.

Melon

Cucumis melo

Yellow, Cantaloupe, Galia and Piel de Sapo melons, prepared with controls for sweetness, firmness, uniformity and packaging.

Watermelon

Citrullus lanatus

Produced in Panama’s agricultural regions. Options include Quetzalí, Joya, Crimson Sweet and Sugar Baby.

Plantain

Musa × paradisiaca

Available fresh and processed, with Cuerno, Dwarf and FHIA hybrid varieties.

Panamanian pineapple

Ananas comosus

A sweet, juicy, yellow-fleshed tropical fruit recognized for its flavor and quality.
